A Time Travel Between 1700’s and Today
It is observed that the figures in Ottoman miniature art were gone through a period of transition to the modern illustration which is used today, though this transition was not well-balanced. Respect and interest to the Ottoman miniature art was decreased abruptly. In this work of mine, I intended to point out the seperation and to match up the traditional art with the modern art. Carrying over the concept of entertainment of early days and adapting the 1700’s traditional art to the current day is the beginning of my experimentation.
